The Five Mukhi Rudraksha, according to ancient texts, should be worn either in 33 beads, 54 beads, or 108 beads for effectiveness. Five Mukhi Rudraksha mala or Kantha is a must-have for meditational practices and any kind of Japa. Wearing a single bead of Five Mukhi is not considered effective.
